I noticed that some import sites have the the expo album on pre order, does that mean that the album is not exclusive to the people that pledge? Could someone explain this to me?

How many photo ops were offered per city?

You should consider having a pledge/kickstarter to bring Miku Expo specifically to Europe. I bought the E.P. here but I bet lots of people would be much more willing to spend money if it directly helped to bring her to Europe.
