New York-based recording artist Mike Errico has built his name on the strength of critically acclaimed releases and extensive composition for film and TV. He has taught songwriting at Yale and Wesleyan universities, and is presently at NYU’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music. He also speaks about the art and business of songwriting at colleges, high schools, and conferences across the country.
Live, Errico has toured for well over a decade, playing major music festivals and sharing stages with artists including Raul Midon, Jonny Lang, Soulive, Bob Weir, Amos Lee, Ben Folds, Dan Wilson, Derek Trucks, Duncan Sheik, and many others.
In addition to his performing career, Errico’s opinions and insights have appeared in publications including The New York Times, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, The UK Independent, and The Observer.
“Minor Fits” is his eighth studio release.
