Just a quick thanks to you all for that studio experience on Friday. I could not have been happier to see you all and you were incredibly, wonderfully gracious. Thank you!

Just wondering: Is Joe Macre the only bassist in the tracks mentioned in the booklet (Talk Talk, Living In Reverse, Raining Rain, Hit, Jacket and I'm A Good Man) or do both he and Dave DeMarco play the bass in those songs?

Loud & Proud Records

Loud & Proud Records commented

From Dave DeMarco: Joe is the sole bassist on all of the songs he is credited as having played on, with the exception of “Talk Talk“ in which there might be a tiny bit of me in there. “Hit“ and “Jacket“ are all me from what I remember (as well as any other song that Joe is not credited on). Hope that helps.

According to the credits, on Living in Reverse, Joe Macre performed solo bassist on Talk Talk, Living In Reverse, Raining Rain, Hit, Jacket and I'm a Good Man.

Not to correct you by any means, my friend...you did say, ..."from what I remember..." LOL! By the way, beautiful bass on your end!

Are there any more details available for next week's studio experience? Have tried to contact you a few ways but no luck so far. Thanks.

Is anyone having trouble with the FLAC Rachel file? I've downloaded it a number of times but always end up with just a little more than a minute of the track. Love that song. No fun.

Terry Warrick

Tim, I noticed that as well. The full FLAC file (36mb) is available under the individual files drop down. Click on FLAC. The other link is only 7.93mb.

Thanks Terry. I was starting to get miffed about it. We don't want that to happen...

I was also having problems with the MP3 version.

Nice version of "From The Greenhouse" the guys really pulled it off well. I don't suppose we're getting something from Dog City on this set? "Love you Like A Terrorist" perhaps ;)

I just caught up on the discussions here and you answered a query way back saying "Pledgers can download the first track ...in FLAC or WAV file via Pledge. Enjoy". I'm certainly enjoying every Crackology track but have been downloading in FLAC as no sign of WAV option?

Loud & Proud Records

Loud & Proud Records commented

Hello, you are correct. Our apologies for the misinformation. WAV files are converted to FLAC or mp3s for Pledgers to download. Sorry, but only FLAC and mp3 are available to download, our error earlier.

Terry Warrick commented

Once you have all the FLAC files you can then extract the WAV files with the FLAC Frontend program. Then simply burn the WAV files to a CD.

Just curious, digipak or jewel case packaging?

Will the lyrics and credits be printed in a booklet?

I love how CTS stuff holds up over time. I NEVER get tired of it or bored. There is so much stuff I've heard in my 64 years (yikes) that I would be happy to never hear again. When it comes on the radio, I can't change it fast enough. Not Crack The Sky. It lasts & lasts & lasts. That is depth. Been a fan since the first album in 75. Thanks guys and keep churning out new stuff - PLEASE!
