Thanks to everyone who got in touch by e-mail so far. I spotted this comment on another artist's page, I hope they don't mind me quoting it here but it's relevant to us -

" I claimed the loss from my credit card company that I used pay the original pledge.
If others need to claim (I really urge you to do so soon, if you have not already) you need to raise a claim for unreceived goods from your card company or your bank if you use a debit card; whoever issued the card you used. Also, it does not matter if you paid less than £100, you can still claim. Your contract of purchase is with your card issuer not with Pledgemusic.
You can do this online, over the phone or by mail. By mail is best because then you have paper proof of your claim. Look up their website to find out how to claim.
Also, do not worry that some elements of the pledge have been fulfilled ie sitting in on the recording session. The pledge was for the full album. You have not received it."

Just a quick note on this for the moment while we check in with Pledge and the MU, but what we long suspected has become official -

https://www.musicbusinessworldwide.com/pledgemusic-fails-…/

Pledge took £3500 of your money to pre-order our album, and we have received zero from them.

IF YOU PLEDGED AND YOU HAVE NOT PURSUED A REFUND VIA YOUR CARD COMPANY PLEASE DO SO NOW.

More to follow.
