Oh my...I didn't realize it was a no reply!
I will fix this. Thanks for saying something.

Basically, if you are coming to the show on Thursday we will have everything packaged up and ready to go. If you're not, than we will just pop it in the mail to you unless I can hand deliver!

I will send up a better update tonight. The digital downloads go out tomorrow!

Yow! I just got the notification of this pledge campaign on Saturday! I'm on your mailing list and this was the first I'd heard of it. I really enjoyed the last CD and hope this new one takes flight properly. I caught you in Asheville at the One Stop when "Ouroboros And The Black Dove" came out, but had not gotten any further tour dates, so please work that mailing list action. I'd love to see this band the next time you cross the Smokies.

Wow! Cool! Thanks for reaching out. I've had a bit of a struggle booking in AVL and don't really know where we would fit. Last time we played with Stephanies ID at the ISIS Music Hall but I'm not sure we could pull that place off on our own. Thanks for writing. Let me know if you have any suggestions. ~C

Ms. Horn: I was happy you responded since I did miss your last two shows in the area due to not knowing about them. Any info I can offer to help get another show off the ground so that I may attend this time is a plus. I stick to about 4-5 regular venues. Hudson K feels most correct for The Mothlight At Mr. Freds. It's an intimate room, but seems to book many acts I want to see lately while being accommodating to a band of your style. Though I adored the David J acoustic show I saw there last month, they are not afraid of electronics with recent shows with Roedelius and the electronically driven solo Cindy Wilson [B-52s] show. Experimental electronics act Xambuca often open and they are pretty art rock/abstract though they can't be pinned down so easily.

Local acts to partner with are tricky. I just saw and loved Kitty Tsunami at The Odditorium, a small, dive-y place that skews punk/metal, but not on the shows I infrequently see there. You have little in common with their surf inflected vocal pop rock other than talent and a penchant for melody, but I think it could be two great tastes that taste great together. The Mothlight probably holds 100-150 but I'm no expert on judging capacity.

Hey would you mind replying to me personally at Christina@hudsonkmusic.com?
I was going to skip AVL again in the Fall but I'd like to get some more ideas from you. We played the Mothlight and loved the venue but had no local support. We really need to be paired with the correct band to fill that room or get it anywhere close to what the venue expects! Thank you!
