A release date has now been set for the greatly anticipated EP by British soprano Katerina Mina, which features five songs by UK composer Linda Lamon.
You can can now pre-order Nature’s Universe for download on May 16th. The date will coincide with a live performance of two pieces from the EP that Katerina will sing during the inaugural International Day Of Light celebrations at the UNESCO building in Paris.
Katerina was invited to sing at this International flagship event when the organisers heard the follow up to Rainbow of Light Anthem, which was used as an official song for the International Year of Light. Look to the Universe was inspired by the late Professor Stephen Hawking and will be included in a tribute to the world renown scientist and author.
Freedom For Me and The New Woodland Song are both inspired by Linda’s love of nature and The Bells of Bere Regis is a pared back musical reflection about the sound of church bells peeling through an English country village.
