Thanks for following! You'll get any future updates.
As some of you know, when the ‘Wrecking Crew’ film was released in 2015, we put together a PledgeMusic Drive that allowed us to produce a CD Soundtrack of the hits from the movie. Since then we’ve had floods of requests to come up with ‘Take 2” of the Wrecking Crew Discography.
So, we’ve teamed up with PledgeMusic again to raise the funds to produce a “Take 2” triple CD. We’re looking at 2 CDs filled with hits that didn’t make it on the first Soundtrack, but we’re also stretching out to the 1950s and 1970s to show the range of the Wrecking Crew’s contribution to music. The 3rd CD which we are calling, “Crew Cuts” will feature original recordings from some of the players themselves.
To be able to release any album these days, you need to make sure you have the audience and funds ahead of production. This pre-sale gives us a chance to involve you, the fans, as part of our project and journey from the very beginning. It is thanks to you that we can distribute these independent music projects and connect to new audiences.
As a thank you, everyone who pledges will receive the record more than a month earlier than the rest of the world!

When We’re Singin’ The Story of The Partridge Family and Their Music answers those question and more, in a detailed and revealing biography. This landmark television series launched the careers of David Cassidy, Susan Dey, Danny Bonaduce, Brian Forster and Suzanne Crough while capitalizing on the star power of Acadamy Award winning actress Shirley Jones and comedic talent Dave Madden.
The music from the TV show (loosely based on The Cowsills) also stood on its own, thanks to the talents of the greatest singers, musicians and musical arrangers that ever walked the streets of Hollywood. John Bahler, Tom Bahler, (formerly The Love Generation), with Jackie Ward and Ron Hicklin were the real background voices. Musical legends known as The Wrecking Crew including drummer Hal Blaine, guitarists Denis Budimir, Louie Sheldon, Tommy Tedesco, Joe Osborn and Max Bennett all played on these intricately and brilliantly arranged albums, led under the direction of music producer Wes Farrell.Dear Tuesday and Kelly,
Combo pack: DVD with Book
Jan & Dean were among the most successful artists of the late 1950s through the mid-1960s, with hits including “Baby Talk,” “Surf City,” “Dead Man’s Curve” and “The Little Old Lady (From Pasadena).” Slapstick humor and offbeat personas were a big part of their shtick, but Jan Berry was serious when it came to the studio.
This book chronicles Jan’s career as a songwriter and arranger--and his tenure as producer for Jan & Dean and other acts--with day-by-day entries detailing recording sessions, single and album releases, concerts and appearances, film and television projects, behind-the-scenes business and legal matters, chart positions and more. Extensive commentary from Berry’s family, friends and colleagues is included. Studio invoices, contract details, tape box notes, copyright information and other particulars shed light on how music was made in the Hollywood studio system of the 1960s.

This is one of Tommy’s effect pedals from the 70s.
When Tommy was in the studio, he was a hired gun who said that he played for smiles. “If the producer is smiling, I’m doing my job”.
Mu-tron (short for Musictronics) developed a series of highly innovative effects throughout the ’70. The Mu-tron Octave Divider was an early octave pedal that produced tones an octave above and below the input.
